All orders placed on our website are subject by the purchaser to Register with ITbargains.co.uk and acceptance of our terms & conditions set out below.
All goods ordered are subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order by us. Credit card orders will only be accepted providing the registered cardholders name and address is given complete with land based phone number at that address. Mobile Phone numbers will not be accepted independently.
Price disclaimer, Itbargains.biz state that all the market prices listed have been identified on other competitor’s online stores or a RRP from the said manufactures and therefore should only be used as guidance
Northstar Technology Ltd., trading as ITbargains.co.uk are under no obligation to fulfil an order and accepts no responsibility for loss caused should the item become out of stock or no longer available or the credit card information given does not check out using our Credit Card Checking facilities.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason you will be notified by email or phone. No payment will be taken. If a charge has been taken, and we are unable to fulfil your order to your satisfaction, we will refund your money in full by the same method as payment inside a 30-day period.
It is not possible to reserve any of the products featured on our website or place a deposit unless a request is sent by email and is accepted by ourselves.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are subject to VAT plus delivery + VAT at the rates shown at the checkout. We only accept Sterling currency.
Carriage charges are shown and added to your bill at the checkout. These charges are based your selection of delivery method. Charges are from £10+VAT to £25+VAT ITbargains.co.uk reserves the right to extend these charges should extra costs incur, however you will be notified by email or phone prior to any change taking place and goods being dispatched. ITbargains.co.uk accepts no responsibility where the Courier Service is at fault for delayed delivery once the goods have been dispatched.
Payment can be made by most major credit and debit cards. ITBargains.biz accepts Educational Orders and Orders from other Government bodies. Corporate orders are also welcome on an account basis subject to status.
If any goods on receipt of delivery are damaged or incomplete you should notify us with in two days of receipt of delivery.
You should retain the entire original packaging materials, as they are essential for the return of any goods whether faulty or otherwise. If packaging is not available for any returns you are liable for the cost of the replacement if required.
IF NO ONE IS IN
If no one is available to accept delivery the carrier will leave a card to inform you that delivery has been attempted. Delivery will be attempted on the next working day (this will not normally include Saturdays but please contact your local depot on receipt of the first card). If no one is in to receive the goods on the second delivery attempt another card will be left and the goods will be returned to the local depot. The goods will be available for collection for 2 further working days before being returned to us.
Please note that if the goods are returned to us you will be liable for all additional carriage costs.

IF WE ARE OUT OF STOCK
If we get it wrong with our stock levels and your choice of product is not in stock we will inform you of the expected delay and give you the option of waiting, changing your order to another item or cancelling.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
Upon acceptance of your order you may cancel at any time between placing your order and up to seven days after receipt of the goods. Cancellation must be made by email or fax. Returned items must be returned carriage paid (at a cost to yourself) within 48 hours upon notification. They must be complete, unused and in the exact same condition as originally shipped complete with their entire original packaging materials. In the case of toner of software All seals must be intact or no refund can or will be authorised
Where goods have been returned in a used condition a 20% restocking fee will apply. This does not apply to Toner or Software
All goods will be refunded within 30 days of your notification of cancellation of your order.
All goods sold via Mail Order are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
WARRANTIES
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all goods are supplied with a one-year warranty. Certain products contain their own manufactures warranty, which may vary between manufacturers. Where there is a manufacturers warranty set out in the product documentation then the warranty will remain with the manufacturer and therefore the purchaser will deal directly with the manufacturer or one of their authorized service centres. Northstar IT Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred when dealing with the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.
Should the product carry a return to base warranty with ourselves then the product may be returned back to ourselves in accordance with our RMA Procedures set out below.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
Should your goods develop a fault within the first 7 days of purchase, Northstar IT Ltd. will collect your goods, repair or replace after receipt of your defective item. Advance replacements will not be issued. Should the defective item appear not to be defective then a fee of £50+VAT will be charged to cover carriage and labour costs. This does not affect your statutory right.
REPORTING A FAULT
To report a fault you may email our Technical department ihaveaquestion@itbargains.co.uk or fax customer services on 0844 500 3510. You will then be issued with an RMA number. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer box. Returned items should be sent together with a copy of your proof of purchase and a letter stating the exact fault of the item to our warehouse, at the address on your invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility that goods are returned in the condition they were sold in, as Northstar IT Ltd. accepts no liability for goods damaged or lost in transit. We regret our Returns Department cannot accept any goods returned without a valid RMA. Only the fault described on the RMA will be repaired under warranty. Northstar IT Ltd. accepts no liability for loss of data or any inconvenience caused while returned goods are being repaired. Goods will only be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Northstar IT Ltd. Please return all goods fully complete in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. We aim to repair goods within 7 to 14 days however some repairs may take a little longer.
The warranty does not apply to items, which are subject to wear & tear e.g. printer cartridges, batteries, etc. and other faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse e.g. Broken hinges, screen scratches & catches and smashed screens or any broken plastic parts.
Unless goods sold are supplied with a manufacturers international warranty any warranties supplied by Northstar IT Ltd. do not apply outside the mainland UK.
These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. E & OE.
