RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
Should your goods develop a fault within the first 7 days of purchase, IT Bargains will collect your goods, repair or replace after receipt of your defective item. Advance replacements will not be issued. Should the defective item appear not to be defective then a fee of £50+VAT will be charged to cover carriage and labour costs. This does not affect your statutory right.

You will then be issued with an RMA number. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer box. Returned items should be sent together with a copy of your proof of purchase and a letter stating the exact fault of the item to our warehouse, at the address on your invoice. It is the customer's responsibility that goods are returned in the condition they were sold in, as Northstar IT Ltd. accepts no liability for goods damaged or lost in transit. We regret our Returns Department cannot accept any goods returned without a valid RMA. Only the fault described on the RMA will be repaired under warranty. Northstar IT Ltd. accepts no liability for loss of data or any inconvenience caused while returned goods are being repaired. Goods will only be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Northstar IT Ltd. Please return all goods fully complete in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. We aim to repair goods within 7 to 14 days however some repairs may take a little longer.
