All vendors offer a direct help desk for your convenience, but we’re happy to help where we can, just email or call us, we’re always happy to assist!

When will my order arrive?

All deliveries are dispatched by courier for next business day delivery (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). This offers an insured guarantee that your order will arrive safely. We however can’t guarantee that the driver will find you or make it on the standard next day. We always do what we can to ensure your delivery arrives when you want it, but cannot be held responsible for the courier service.

I upgraded my delivery to a premium timed delivery and it is late, what should I do?

If you have opted for a timed delivery, ALWAYS ensure you check the time you are signing for. If there is no time stated, ensure you fill one out. This will aid up in obtaining a refund for you. If you do not fill out a time when you sign for the delivery, we won’t be able to prove it was late, and therefore will not be able to refund the charge.

My delivery has arrived and the box looks damaged, what should I do?

If you have any concerns about the state of packaging, please sign for it as damaged or unchecked. If you sign for something received in good order (which is the default), this will make returning the item much more difficult. If you are in doubt, ALWAYS sign for the order as unchecked. If there is obvious signs of damage, either refuse the delivery and we’ll organise a replacement for you or sign for it as damaged.

We want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase, so if in doubt refuse the delivery.

Is my transaction secure?

Using a Credit or Debit card through our on-line ordering system you will be transferred to SagePay. Here your details will be entered and left in an encrypted format on the Secure Server so that only we can receive and decrypt them to obtain your details. When being transferred to the secure server of Sage Pay your computer should display a message informing that you are being transferred to a secure area. A padlock should appear near the bottom of your screen and you will notice that the address will change from http:// to https:// indicating a secure server. In the secure area our Security Certificate may be viewed by clicking the padlock. All Credit card orders placed though SagePay are checked thoroughly and are processed in accordance with our contract with the Credit Card Processing Company. It may therefore be necessary that we need to contact you to make additional security checks.

Sage pay is the new trading name for Protx, the UK's largest independent payment service provider. Protx was recently acquired by Sage (UK) Limited - a subsidiary of The Sage Group plc., who are a leading supplier of business software and services to 5.7 million customers worldwide.

How much stock do you have?

The available stock figure is updated nightly, so the available stock figure can be up to 24 hours out of date. If in the worst case scenario we have run out of something by the time you place your order, we’ll personally contact you to advise you of the lead time. If the lead time isn’t acceptable we’ll offer you a full refund.

Can I have a delivery to a non UK address?

To remain competitive in the market we can only delivery to UK mainland addresses.

I would like to return my purchase for a refund, how do I do this?

That depends on the reason for the refund:

Upon acceptance of your order, you may cancel at any time between placing your order even up to seven days after receipt of the order. Cancellation must be made by email or fax. Returned items must be returned, carriage paid (at a cost to you) within 48 hours upon notification to us. They must be complete, unused and in the exact same condition as originally shipped, complete with their entire original packaging materials. In the case of toner or software, all seals must be intact or no refund can or will be authorised.

Where goods have been returned in a used condition a 20% restocking fee will apply. This does not apply to Toner or Software.

All goods will be refunded within 30 days of your notification of cancellation of your order.

All goods sold via Mail Order are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

I’ve changed my mind, after I completed my order on the website, what should I do?

We process orders almost as soon as they are placed, so it's not possible to cancel or change an order via our website.

However, we can process refunds and may be able to make changes if we haven't yet dispatched your order, so please contact us by email, fax or telephone if you want to change or cancel your order, we will try our best to help out.
